Because I did my homework. Because the post purchase training and support offered by Cad-Ray was unmatched by any other dealer I spoke with. Their library of online training videos that came with the purchase is without equal. The possibilities are endless with scanning technology. I also want to mention Nick Statly who has visited my Dallas office and is a wealth of information. When I get myself in a jam time to time CAD-RAY responds immediately and fixes my problem. I really like the online learning modules, they have been awesome getting me up to speed with the scanner quickly.
