Anytime help was needed the group at Cad-Ray were quick and sincere finding a solution to problems. I ended up purchasing 2 more i500's in Dec 2019 for my other 2 offices. I didn't think I would enjoy the digital workflow as much as I do. Yes, we had a couple of glitches (mostly operator error) but they were there with us all the way. They were always available whenever I called, even one time I ran into an emergency after hours and Kaila picked up and saved the night.
